Significant Features and Benefits:
The cover offered depends on the staff absence insurance policy you select – we provide your school with options. All policies offer daily benefit payments for sickness, injury, accident and jury service absences. However you can select the elements of cover and levels of protection to meet the individual needs of your school.
You choose:
The excess period – this is the waiting period before the daily benefit becomes payable
The daily benefit
The categories of staff you wish to cover
An Annual or a Renewable policy.
(If you choose renewable cover the daily benefit will continue to be paid for claims in existence at the expiry of the period of insurance provided that we offer renewal terms and you accept.)
