You can make a claim by submitting your completed claim form by post or fax.

We aim to make the entire claims process hassle-free. When you need to make a claim no evidence of supply is needed with the exception of compassionate leave claims. Simply complete a short claim form, return to us within 30 days of the start of the absence with a copy of the self-certification and/or a medical certificate and we’ll take care of the rest.
